Once a month, I will now be hosting live Office Hours—a 3-hour open session for both women and men seeking real, practical guidance on boundaries, relationships, and navigating difficult dynamics.

Whether you’re a woman working to strengthen your boundaries, a parent facing complex situations with your children, or someone dealing with manipulation, narcissistic behavior, or workplace challenges, this is a space to bring your questions. I offer direct, grounded insight on trusting your instincts, responding effectively, and building healthy boundaries that hold.


Questions are answered on a first-come, first-served basis, giving you a unique opportunity for personal access and real-time support in a focused, supportive environment. Whether you ask a question or simply listen, you’ll leave with something you can actually use in your life.
