(Late) Members of the Heaven’s Gate cult called their bodies “vehicles”, “vessels”, etc, as a way to further dissociate from them. Because they loathed and eschewed their own humanity, and their seemingly unenlightend and limited human bodies, with all their flaws, desires, preferences, aversions, etc. They wanted to spiritually “advance” to the so-called “level above human”, and they eventually ended up committing mass suicide to achieve it! Which, before they did that, they recorded so-called “departure videos”, in which they laughed, gushed and smiled about their impending demise. Talking about what a massive privilege they thought it was, finally being able to “advance”, or “vacate this planet”. Which.. they would not have been able to do that, or to all go through with the ritualistic suicide, had they not all been EXTREMELY dissociated from their bodies and overall reality!! And.. because none of us have been culturally conditioned into accepting the insane dogma and language of Heaven’s Gate, I think hopefully ALL of us should be able to recognize that one of the primary ways in which that dissociation was achieved..? Was by them using LANGUAGE to influence / condition / rewire their minds towards that end!! It was clearly very DELIBERATE that they chose to call their bodies “vessels” instead of bodies! Plus it was very DELIBERATE that they chose to talk about “vacating the planet”, “advancing to the level above human”, etc, instead of rightfully calling it MASS SUICIDE!! Plus they also all ditched their human names, and were given special new “alien” cult names, that all ended with “ody”! Again, used for the specific purpose of dissociating them from reality, their former lives, and who they really were!!
Anyone who’s not a complete and utter nitwit should be able to see the parallels with gender ideology, here. I am also very passionate about this stuff, and I keep arguing against using their lying, deceitful, manipulative, gaslighting, mind warping language in so many different ways!! This is just simply today’s attempt. (I keep trying out different strategies, to see what works. 😜) But yeah… Also: been there, done that!! I was a brainwashed cult member who used ALL their lying language. Which, first hearing other people use it, (step 1), then starting to use it myself, because they had convinced me that it was the only good and noble thing to do, (step 2), to the point of eventually even automatically THINKING in it, (step 3), was exactly how they got me!!! Once you’re at step 3..? They HAVE YOU!! Once you sincerely THINK of the world in terms of lying, inaccurate language, then.. shock, surprise.. that really, genuinely becomes the lens through which you perceive EVERYTHING!!! You cannot separate your perception from your thoughts, and our thoughts are shaped by LANGUAGE!! I still have such a hard time understanding how ANYONE, (never mind one of the world’s most successful and best selling AUTHORS, of all things!), can possibly NOT get this! It is utterly astonishing to me!!
..Oh, and I’ve said it a gazillion times before, but I’ll say it again here, too: I did not fully get back to reality until I COMPLETELY stopped using any of their fake language! And I also very acutely NOTICED that happening, as it happened! Like: “wow, now I finally just see and think of everything AS IT IS!! How lovely!!” Reminds me of when I got my first pair of glasses after YEARS of undiagnosed myopia, and previously not knowing that it was even possible to see the world that clearly! Which, I think that’s also part of the pathology with many of these people, who insist that using truthful language does NOT matter… If they have never tried to ditch ALL of the cult language, and only ever speak the truth, then how would they know that what they currently consider “clarity”, (which, I also get why the GC lites think that way, because the rest of the culture is so ENTIRELY batshit crazy, they must feel like they already see things VERY clearly as compared to THAT!!), is actually still largely warped, distorted and manipulated?? Before I got my first pair of glasses, I mistakenly assumed I must be seeing the world quite clearly, too! And before I went cold turkey on the nasty TRA language..? I thought I already fully got it, and perceived reality as reality! Which.. turns out, I did NOT!! Not fully, anyway. But I did not realize that, until I stopped. And neither do these people. Which makes me want to go: “why don’t you just TRY it, then?? If you hate it, you can always return to lying, later!!” Funny how they (almost) never take us up on that offer. 😵💫
