Judge VanDyke’s dissent in WA State’s Ninth Circuit case regarding the Korean women’s only nude spa. After the court ruled that men can enter the spa at any time as long as they self declare a woman identity, Judge VanDyke wrote a scalding dissent brief stating that “this is about swinging dicks,” he stated that while those reading these words may be disturbed to see them, imagine how much more astonished and disturbed women and girls must be to see them in person while unsuspecting and naked!
