I had a comment in response to my viral video about nonbinary saying “being nonbinary is the most feminist thing you can be because it’s abolishing gender roles which uphold the patriarchy.”
This is a WOMAN saying that the most feminist thing she can do is to reject the fact that she’s a WOMAN.
Imagine if a homosexual said the most gay rights thing he could do is to reject the fact that he’s homosexual??!! Or if a black man said the most civil rights/anti racist thing he could do is reject the fact that he’s black??!!
We don’t reject the subject in order to reject what is done to the subject!
Feminism is about female liberation. We don’t reject the subjects, WOMEN, in order to reject what is done to women!
