In Vermont a couple years ago, they kicked AN ENTIRE GIRLS' VOLLEYBALL TEAM out of THEIR OWN LOCKER ROOM because a few of Them had problems with a boy (who made unpublishable remarks while in there... because of course he did) being in there where They shower and change.
I can remember the incessant reminders from the 60's-80's, directly or from advertising, about how my actions/dress/behaviors/speech are not what males like and I should adjust accordingly, as if I'm an empty-headed shell with the assignment to mold myself around male emotions. The Tractivists (Troon activists) are filling the role of minding female behavior and their response to Troons. The above Tractivist principal needs to be fired.
Brilliant analysis. The sexism is so blatant. And as you say, boys having weak internal boundaries and girls having weak external boundaries lays the groundwork for rape culture; I'd add it also nurtures a kind of stunted relationship between women and men where neither of us grows much--I think they used to refer to it as codependency. But I can't trust any of that therapy language from the '80s.

I love your style. So simple, direct and true!
the flip side of that coin is the radicalization of young women, and the misandry that goes with it.
