Coffee Talk:
Shocking events in Puyallup, WA. A girl on the high school wrestling team sexually assaulted by a boy during a match.
Anti-girl sports policies enable active abuse of girls and entitle boys to push boundaries.
Last few minutes of the video I share these important observations:
This is not about hate this is about boundaries.
This is about Fairness on the field but it’s also privacy in the locker room.
This seems like a digression, but I promise you it’s not. It used to be that it wasn’t rape if it was your husband. Women did not get marital rape laws on the books. 1993. 1993!!! That’s how long Women had to fight to say there id No special category of man who deserves to bypass women’s consent
But here we are teaching girls in 2025 that there’s a special category of boys who gets to bypass their consent.
We are Teaching boys to be Entitled. And we are teaching Girls that they aren’t allowed to say no.
We used to teach girls to respond to their instincts. The classic 16th century tale, Little Red Riding Hood, is a safeguarding tale. And in that story her problem is not that she didn’t see danger. She saw the big eyes, big ears, big teeth. Her problem was not that her instincts weren’t working. Her problem is that she was talked out of responding to her instincts.
Our girls are seeing. They see the danger. Their promblem is they are being taught to ignore their instincts.
I often talk about Gavin de Becker, safeguarding expert. Writer of: The Gift of Fear. He says, the best thing women and girls can do to keep ourselves safe is responding to our intuition with immediacy. The root of the word intuition, tuere, is “To guard and protect.” Telling girls to ignore that or swallow their intuition is a safeguarding failure.
Trans ideology is filled with Empathy traps. We should feel for girls, privacy violated in shower locker room awards are stolen. Instead, we are told to feel sorry for boys with identity issues. As someone with a background in mental health, let me be clear: Access to naked girls is not a mental health cure for boys who reject their sex. Neither is access to girls’ sports.
We must applaud and encourage the brave girls who are speaking up and speaking out in the face of institutional silencing. And we must stop normalizing boy’s entitlement to violate girls in the name of trans ideology.
